We fabric floor mops for cleaning the floor,and we are looking for a ring spun mop yarn.
 
Our customur is a very big company and requires high quality yarn. At this moment we use 2 cylindered ring span yarn from regenerated cotton:
 
Raw ring 5 Nm x 21 ecru or 21-200 Cat TMX 33
Raw ring 5 Nm x10 ecru or 10-200 Cat TXM 60
 
This quality is able to absorb 4 times is onw weight in water and has a shrink rate less than 10%. The stucture of the yarn has to be in good shape after washing it over 90 C.
